Poker intuition to fold a good hand.

Folding a good poker hand can’t be easy. If in doubt the best thing to do would probably be to lay the cards down rather than go bravo and try to fight what is probably a losing hand ( even though many times a fold will never see the other players cards)  This video is a perfect example of how professional poker players will fold a hand as they are certain they will lose, it is not often they get the confirmation they were right).  Not knowing would pose the question, was folding the right thing to do in this hand ?.
